Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package for transit.
Pack and Ship
Secure your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
